It's mostly safe cycle routes, away from mad cars, but challenging. You can take bicycles on the train uphill to the glacier if need be. About 350 km to Geneva all in all. You can do it my place if you fancy a new challenge. I realised that the world champs ONLY lift their (much lighter) bodies up and down for a tad over two hours.
